This is NOT the Amateur Photographer web site.

This site is not an alternative to the Real AP site or in any sense Anti-AP.

This (now disabled) site/forum was set up to enable the AP forum community to congregate during those times when the AP forum was, shall we say, less than functional, a means to, hopefully, prevent fragmentation of that community.

It now serves as a reminder for the oft promised, never delivered new forum application on the official AP site.
